On May 13, 2016 the status was reported sold. Sales price was $450,000. The Total Days on Market was 8 days. Photo displayed is representative of the type of unit only.

A word of caution regarding deceptive marketing practices.

Homeowners in the Colony Green Condo Community receive marketing mailers from various agents from various real estate brokerages at various times throughout the month. No agent can be faulted for doing what they know how to do to generate more listings and get more business. I personally find fault with agents that deceive in their marketing mailers. Deceiving the public is what a charlatan does. I believe people deserve to know the facts, and the truth. That is the only way we can truly make informed decisions.
