“D Unit” Sold: This is an end unit which has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 1,294 square feet of living space.  This listed on January 15, 2016 for $489,950. It went status pending on January 28, 2016. On February 23, 2016 the sale closed and status was reported sold. Sales price was $541,000 which represents $51,000 more than the list price. Total days on market as 14 days.

This condo was a probate sale.  That means that the owner of the condo had died. The administrator/executor of the estate sold the condo. Photo displayed is representative of the type of unit only.
