Colony Green Condos 2015 Market Report
There were a total of 21 closed sales in the Colony Green Community in 2015.
Listed below is the breakdown of the 2015 market activity in Colony Green.
“A Units” – There were 2 upstairs 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 919 square feet condos sold. Sold prices ranged from a low of $375,000 and a high of $426,000.
“B Units” – There were 6 lower 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 942 square feet condos sold. Sold prices ranged from a low of $410,000 and a high of $452,000. The B Unit is pictured below.
“C Units” – There were 6 town home style, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, 1,260 square feet condos sold. This unit is on the right in the photo below. Sold prices ranged from a low of $455,000, which was a bank-owned property, and a high of $540,000.
“D Units” – There were 4 town home style, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1,294 square feet condos sold. This the original “D Unit”. This unit is on the left in the photo below. Sold prices ranged from a low of $460,000 and a high of $515,000.
There were 3 town home style, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1,294 square feet condos sold. This the builder modified “D Unit”. Sold prices ranged from a low of $460,000 and a high of $545,000.
The builder modified “D Unit” took place in the later phases of the 9 phase construction project. Both the original and modified “D Units” are end units sharing only one wall.
The condos were built in 1984 making the condo 31 years old in 2015.

The Colony Green Condominium Community continues to be a desirable Blossom Valley community in which to live. Dog friendly Martial Cottle Park is across the street on the Chynoweth side of the complex. One access point to the trail is located on Chynoweth Avenue at Duesenberg Dr.
