This is a Colony Green Condominiums market activity report for November 2017. This report is comprised of statistical data extracted from November 1, through November 30, 2017, from our local Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”) as of December 1, 2017. This report may not include any “off-market” sales.

I am interested in tracking sales activity in the community both as a real estate broker and resident homeowner. Ever since I became aware there is a feral rooster residing here, I also track Mr. Green Jeans the Colony Green Rooster.  I am so happy to report that with the help of my awesome neighbors, he was captured and relocated on Sunday, November 26, 2017.  It was a wonderful way to end the Thanksgiving holiday weekend!

There was no sales activity in the Colony Green Community in November 2017. 

The Colony Green community is located in Blossom Valley in San Jose, CA. The community is across the street from Martial Cottle Park on the Chynoweth side of the park. It continues to be a desirable and still affordable place to live.
