FHA Approved Condos in San Jose Ca
The Park Almaden Condo Community HUD approval for FHA financing expired on October 17, 2016. Many condo buyers are first time home buyers with FHA financing. Very few condo complexes are approved for FHA financing which adds an additional challenge for buyers. Working with a well-qualified and experienced lender and a real estate agent well versed in condo sales will definitely help buyers navigate a condo purchase.
Buyers with FHA financing will need to work with a lender with knowledge and experience getting condo complexes approved. It can be done with minimal cost to the buyer. Some lenders will actually absorb the cost. If you need a referral to a lender, I am happy to provide one.

Hello :). Do you have current listings of FHA approved condos for sale. I have looked on the HUD site but it does not specific which are for sale. Thank you!

Hello Amy, It depends on where you are willing to purchase. If you are seeking in this condo community, I do not. If you have not already done so, you will want to get pre-approved for your purchase. Not all listings make their way to the HUD site. Finding condos that are FHA approved requires a little extra work.
