A co-worker overheard me telling someone that I thought I was going to have to do a short sale and referred me to Kathleen Daniels. I have known others that have done short sales and taken at least a year to close. I had no idea it could be done in less than that, BUT that was before I met Kathleen. Kathleen is a very knowledgeable person. She is very compassionate, trustworthy and really knows her stuff. She was very understanding of how stressful this was for me to go through while working full-time. I asked her the first day we met if this would take a year and without hesitation she said no. We closed in 3 months! I am so grateful I connected with Kathleen! I would (and do) highly recommend her to everyone I know because I know she will give them the same professional care and trust that I received. I am now out of debt and retiring the end of this year, and I owe it all to Kathleen for guiding me every step of the way in the right direction. Kathleen is the Best there is! Gratefully, Mary W.
