We have worked with Kathleen in 2011 when we had to short sale our home. That process was long, heartbreaking, and tedious; but with Kathleen on our side, we felt secured, protected, and well-represented. So when we decided to become homeowners again this year, we knew that we would never want to work with any other agent but Kathleen. With the skyrocketing prices of homes in San Jose, Kathleen was very patient in helping us find a home, despite many rejected offers on our part. In the middle of our home buying experience, our 79-year old mom had to be hospitalized for a serious medical condition, and Kathleen was always considerate of this other factor in our budget. She may not know it, but her big heart made this difficult process easier and lighter for us! We will be moving into our new home by the end of this month. We went through the eye of a needle to close this deal and we know that it would not have been possible without Kathleen.
