Speaking as a daughter of realtors, Kathleen is absolutely the most knowledgeable, diligent, thorough, prompt, friendly, trustworthy realtor I have encountered. After finding her online and having a wonderful first phone call with her, she kept me informed and at-ease throughout a drawn-out process for what should've been a quick and easy short sale (all obstacles were entirely the fault of the mortgage company). Must also mention that she was able to be all those things listed in the first sentence even though our communications were done entirely online (and by phone) as I do not live in the Bay Area where my condo was located.
