Kathleen is extremely tuned in to her customer's needs. I particularly appreciate the time she took to understand my needs and that she constantly reminded me of them when I started wavering and drifting (typical of a first time home buyer!). She made it a point to be present whenever we went to see a property unless we had a schedule conflict, in which case she was always available to guide me on the phone. I could completely trust her to deal with things on my behalf when I was unable to be physically present due to business travel. She tells it as it is. At one point she actually advised me to give my search for a home a break and take some time off to gather perspective, which was just what I needed. She continues to maintain a great relationship with me. I have accessed her expertise, advise and support several times much after I bought my home.
