There were 92 Cambrian homes, including short sales and bank owned homes in the week ending December 3, 2011.

There were 147 Cambrian homes, including short sales and bank owned homes in week ending December 4, 2010.

Of the 92 Cambrian homes there were 19 San Jose short sales, 11 bank owned homes and 62 traditional Cambrian homes for sale.

  • Average Price: $613,950 = 7.9% increase from October 2011 ($569,068)
  • No. of Sales: 42 = 13.5% increase from October 2011 (37 sales)
  • Sale vs. List Price: 98.2% = 0.4% increase from October 2011 (97.8%)
  • Days on Market: 52 = 27.3% decrease from October 2011 (71 days)

Cambrian Home prices were up in November. Year over year the median price of a Cambrian home was $600,000, down 3.4%.  However year over year the average price of a Cambrian home is the same. Inventory continues to decrease which is driving prices up.
