San Jose California
Founded in 1777, San Jose is the site of the oldest civil settlement in California. All land and property in San Jose became incorporated real estate on March 27, 1850. It was California’s first incorporated city and site of the first state capital. It is comprised of 177.7 square miles of beautiful California real estate.
