Of the 2,581 Silicon Valley homes for sale there were 578 short sales, 189 bank owned homes and 1,841 traditional listings.

There were 1,060 Silicon Valley condos and Silicon Valley Townhomes for sale, including short sales and bank owned homes compared to 821 in week ending July 4, 2009. Of the 1,060 Silicon Valley condos and Silicon Valley Townhomes for sale there were 356 Silicon Valley short sales, 132 Silicon Valley bank-owned homes and 572 traditional listings.
